Upper Midwest Sprint Car Series Returns To Kopellah by Kopellah Speedway 4/29/2010 ST. CROIX FALLS, Wis. (April 28) - Just a week after opening the season at Kopellah Speedway, the Upper Midwest Sprint Car Series returns to St. Croix Falls for what will now be the second event of the 2010 winged tour. Both the pit gates and the grandstand open at 5 p.m. On Friday, April 30. The drivers' meeting is at 6:15 p.m. With hot laps to follow. Racing starts at 7 p.m. Dave Becker of Belle Plaine, Minn., won for the first time in his UMSS career in the April 23 series lidlifter at Kopellah. The show scheduled for the following night at Cedar Lake Speedway was rained out. Kopellah also hosts May 7 and May 28 series dates.
