Lions Club Great Race Slinger Shoot Out Wednesday July 26th
(Slinger, WI) Lions Great Race Slinger Shoot Out will be run July 26th
at Slinger Super Speedway. Three divisions will be racing, including
"Little Stock" 4 cylinders, "Challenger" pure stocks, and
the "Sportsman Division" which is made up of Midwest Sportsman and
LLM cars.
Only Lions Club members are drivers, which make for an exciting, crash filled
program. This is one event of a five race series. In addition to
competing on an individual basis, each driver also races for his club,
receiving points for winning, or just finishing in a particular
race. All ticket sales money goes to the local Lions Club to use
for their individual community projects. Qualifying begins at 6:00 and 1st
race at 7:00. Rain date is August 2nd.
This race is sponsored by: Rhode's Towing & Repair, Seal-Tech,
Tudell Trailers, Bassett Air Quality, and Troy Sanitary. Advance Sale
tickets are available from most Lions members for $6.00 adult - $3.00
child. Tickets at the gate are $8.00 adult.
