Mother Nature Is The Only Winner At Shawano Speedway

Shawano, WI (May 13, 2006) - Several days worth of rain forced the Shawano
Speedway to cancel its racing program Saturday night. With only two full shows
in so far this year, A.J. Diemel holds an eight point lead over Troy
Springborn in the WISSOTA Late Model division. Terry Anvelink and Diemel have
each won a feature event this year.
In the IMCA Modified division, Craig Bartz holds a 13 point lead over Dave
Diemel. Bartz and Jerry Muenster have each won one feature.
Rod Snellenberger holds a one point lead over Brian Bruechert in the IMCA
Stock Car division. Bruechert and Greg Gretz have each won a feature
event.
In the IMCA Sport Mod division, Shawn Wagner and Tracy Wassenberg are tied
atop of the point standings. Robert Besaw and Wassenberg have each won one
feature this year.
The Limited Late Model division has Troy Springborn leading the points, 10
points ahead of Jeff Curtin and Mike Kunschke. Springborn has won the two
feature events so far this year.
Racing action will resume at the Shawano Speedway on Saturday night, with a
