By Greg Aregoni

Saturday Night August 5th- Jeremy Jacobs used a caution with four laps to go to catch the leaders and make the pass for his first Tri-County Heating IMCA Modified feature win of the season.

Rick Mahlberg grabbed his second feature win in the Budweiser IMCA Stockcar feature.

Clint Forestner led every lap in win the Olson Fabrication IMCA Hobby Stock feature. The win was his second of the season.

No bounty picked up yet. Von Eytcheson secured his fourth feature win in a row in the D.C. Custom Drilling and Blasting Street Stock feature.

Mike King Jr made the trip from Little Chute with the goal of picking up the bounty on Von Eytcheson. King led the opening four laps through a series of cautions. Von Eytcheson moved from fifth to second on a lap 4 restart. Eytcheson hunted down and eventually caught King. Eytcheson shot to the inside of King on lap six and made the pass for the lead. Eytcheson distanced himself from everyone until a caution for a Tim Jandrin spin with two laps to go. Eytcheson was able to get a good restart and go unchallenged in winning his fourth feature in a row. King was second followed by John Sternard, Scott Reinhardt, and Jeremy Wiitala. The win was Eytcheson’s fifth overall win.

“Chucky” Clint Forestner led every lap in picking up the Olson Fabrication IMCA Hobby Stock feature win. Forestner grabbed the lead on lap one and was challenged throughout the race by Roger Laviolette and Eddie Anschutz. Forestner, a rookie won his second feature of the season after a green, white, checker finish. Anschutz was second followed by Marcus Moede, Laviolette, and Joe White.

Kevin Sternard led the opening six laps of the Tri-County Heating IMCA Modified feature. Billy Lemieux caught Sternard and the two broke away from the field. Lemieux made the pass for the lead on the inside of Sternard on lap 7. The two continued to dominate the field until a caution with four laps to go that tightened the field. Jeremy Jacobs, who was sitting in third after the caution, jumped to second and quickly shot under Lemieux. Jacobs was too strong off of the corner for Lemieux. Jacobs cruised to his first feature win of the season. At the checkers he was followed by Lemieux, Jay Matthias, Sternard, and Dan Rataczjak.

Rick Mahlberg wrestled the lead away from Don Aregoni at the start of the Budweiser IMCA Stockcar feature event. Mahlberg quickly jumped out to a nice lead but not without heavy pressure from Ben Kroll. Cory Cochart joined the top two and made the pass for second midway through the race. Cochart was never able to gain on Mahlberg after the pass for second. Mahlberg picked up his second win of the season followed by Cochart, Kroll, Pat Davister, and Matt Junio.

Brian Belleau led every lap in winning his second Bomber feature of the season.

Tom Zastrow pass Nick Everard coming to the white flag and picked up his fifth feature win on the season.
