$6,800 Contributed To Brett Favre Fourward Foundation
By Greg Aregoni

Saturday Night September 17th, The Forest County Potawatomi Thunderhill Raceway held the Bayou clash in Sturgeon Bay.  With Six divisions of racing and 108 drivers, the night was packed with racing action.  With all proceeds going to charity and the top drivers in Wisconsin the grandstands were packed full.  Thunderhill was able to donate $6,800.00.

The Brett Favre Fourward Foundation was the charity picked to donate the money.  “I chose the Brett Favre Fourward Foundation because I felt that the money should go to somebody that was involved in the Katrina hurricane personally.  He is a sports figure that everyone looks up to.  I also wanted the money to go to a local charity.”  Bryan “Woody” Wodack, promoter at Thunderhill.

“I would like to thank all the fans and drivers for coming and showing their support.  I hope everyone enjoyed the great racing action.  I want to thank all of the sponsors that helped us.  I want to give the biggest thanks to the employees.  They all donated their time for this great event.  Without the employees this event wouldn’t have been possible.”

The following contributors helped for the Bayou Clash: Econo Foods, Flanigan Distributing, Dan Lewis Photography, Kelsey Racing, The Lions Club, D.C. Parks Department, D.C. Highway Department, Star 97.7, WDOR, Triangle Distributing, IMCA, Captain Commodes, Warners, DC Automotive, Coca-Cola, The Door County Advocate, and Hynek Service.
