This year will mark the 13th season for Thunderhill Speedway.  In action will be the IMCA Modified, IMCA Stockcar, IMCA Hobbystock, Street Stock, Thunderbomb, and 4 cylinder classes.  In the IMCA Modified class, Jeremy Jacobs, from Algoma, will be looking to collect his second straight title.  Craig Paque, also of Algoma, is looking to make it two in a row, and four out of five years with the IMCA Stockcar championship.  Eddie "The Flying Eagle" Anschutz, out of Algoma, has his sights set on another IMCA Hobbystock title.  After a 1 point margin of victory over Jeremy Wiitala in 2004, Aaron Thornton is trying for his second Street Stock crown.  Kenny Malcore is looking for an unprecedented third championship in the 4 cylinder class.

Last weekends practice was a huge success for all drivers.  The track was beautiful and very fast throughout the night.  The race cars from last weeks practice were judged, and awards for best appearing cars will be given away in all divisions this Saturday night before the races begin.

Each Saturday night, racing will start at 6 pm. In addition, a $10,000 point fund will be awarded at the annual awards banquet.  Thunderhill Speedway is located at the John Miles Fair Park in Sturgeon Bay.  For more information call (920)743-7052.  The track website is www.racethunderhill.com
