With storm clouds on the horizon the racing action was fast and furious at the Powercom Speed Zone on Tuesday night as the Gibbsville Cheese INEX Legends made another visit Oshkosh. Despite an onslaught of caution flags throughout the night the provided some exciting racing.

Jon Schultz would again visit Victory Lane in the Signmakers Dirt Devil division. Using a mid race caution to narrow the gap between John Hall and himself, Jon put the 11x machine out in front on the restart and then disappeared. Bryan Monday would have another strong run grabbing the runner up spot. Behind Schultz and Monday, Jimmy Berkevich, Mike Mueller and Patrick Klawitter would round out the top five. John Hall would have to retire early from the event after dominating the first ten laps.

In the Gibbsville Cheese INEX Legends division, Eric Barth would battle Aaron Rake for the win the entire race. Barth and Rake would go side by side for what seemed like the entire race with Rake leading at the line for the first half and Barth the second half. Barth would take the lead on lap ten but a caution flag would wipe that pass out and force him to again find away around Rake. At the checkered flag Barth would lead Rake across the in line with Greg Hartlaub, Darwin Banes and Kevin Brill right behind them.

Travis Spaulding would grab the lead on lap five and despite a late caution destroying his lead hold on to win the Budweiser Modified feature picking up his first win of the year at the Zone The most exciting action would be provided by Jay Schraufnagel as he worked his way through the field up to the second position. Joseph Jaeger would grab third while Brian Drexler and Jim Zdroik taking fourth and fifth. The battle for third, fourth, and fifth was a great battle throughout the entire the event as Drexler, Zdroik, Jaeger, and Ryan Besaw put on a great display of racing.

The Charter Communication Stock division would have Scott Solomon grabbing the win with the help of a little racing luck. JR Madell, would take the lead on lap 3 and lead the entire the event until losing his engine with two laps to go. After another caution on lap 19 the event would end with the yellow and checkered flag at the same time.  Solomon would lead Mark Schultz, Jerry Kope, Time Reichenberger, and Jerry Winkler to the line. Madell would have to settle for 16th.

The Grand National division would provide another first time winner at the Powercom Speed Zone as Nick Schumacher pulled off the win. Schumacher and Dion Wahl would battle the entire event with Wahl leading the middle part of the event before Schumacher retook the lead on a restart. Terry Van Roy would grab second from Wahl late in the event with Larry Richards and Dan Wirl finishing out the top five.
