Milwaukee Mile Ticket Sales Pacing Ahead
New Promoter Group Off to Strong Start for 2006

Milwaukee, WI (February 6, 2006) – 2006 ticket sales at The Milwaukee Mile have gotten off to a fast start since the December 19th agreement transferring the promoter rights associated with ‘America’s Legendary Oval’ to Milwaukee Mile Holdings LLC, a company formed by Chairman Craig Stoehr and President & CEO Andy Randall.

“As the new promoter group at The Milwaukee Mile, and in an effort to encourage Wisconsin residents to once again come out and experience the thrill of world-class championship auto racing, we lowered ticket prices across the board.  We are pleased that our loyal fans are already responding, as we experienced an almost 10.0% increase in tickets sold in January 2006 as compared to January 2005,” said Randall.

The Milwaukee Mile has the distinction of being the only oval course on the Champ Car World Series schedule in 2006, with Paul Tracy looking to defend his Time Warner Cable Road Runner 225 title on Sunday afternoon, June 4th.

NASCAR’s superstars will visit The Milwaukee Mile on Friday and Saturday evening, June 23rd and June 24th, with at least five NEXTEL Cup drivers racing in the June 24th NASCAR Busch Series AT&T 250, and former Franklin, Wisconsin resident and defending NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series champion Ted Musgrave will take on all comers in the June 23rd Toyota Tundra Milwaukee 200.

Sam Hornish, Jr., Wisconsin-born Danica Patrick, and their fellow Indy 500 drivers return for a high-speed thrill ride around The Milwaukee Mile on Sunday, July 23rd in the ABC Supply/A.J. Foyt 225 IRL IndyCar Series race.

The Milwaukee Mile’s major 2006 season race schedule will conclude with the traditional Governor’s Cup weekend, featuring over 500 miles of stock car racing from August 25th – 27th, highlighted by a 200-lap ARCA RE/MAX Series contest.

Money-saving Milwaukee Mile full season ticket packages include all four race weekends, while racing fans also have the option of purchasing a ticket package for the two world-class open wheel weekends, or the two stock car weekends.  Premium seating is still available for packages that include the highly coveted and in-demand NASCAR Busch Series race.

Individual tickets are now available for all events through The Milwaukee Mile ticket office, including family-friendly $9.00 tickets to The Mile’s opening weekend, June 2nd – 4th, which, among other events, will feature Champ Car World Series and Star Mazda Series races.

Also among the many new offerings to look forward to this season is the Milwaukee Mile Victory Club, which enables individuals to experience previously unavailable corporate-level hospitality for only $79.00 per person.
