Bieber Wins Key Land Homes 50 At Elko

ELKO, MN -- Greg Bieber took advantage of a late tangle between race leads Jonathan Eilen and Mike Skaja to win the Key Land Homes 50 for Mid-American Stock Car Series cars and GhostRiders Sportsman Saturday night at the Elko Speedway.

Eilen and Skaja collided while battling for the lead on lap 45.  They both went to the rear and Bieber took over the top spot.  Bieber held off Justin Neisius, Doug Brown and Mid-Am Super Truck Series point leader Mark Storlie to take the win.  Steve Schulz and Mid-American Stock Car point leader Bill Prietzel rounded out the top six.

The most spectacular crash of the race occurred on lap 44 when Andy Jirik hit the backstretch wall and flipped his car over between turns three and four.
