Driver's Meeting Set For Luxemburg Speedway February 2
(Luxemburg, WI) - An informational meeting for drivers pertaining to the
upcoming 2007 racing season at Luxemburg Speedway will be held Friday,
February 2 at 7 p.m. at Northbrook Country Club in Luxemburg. Drivers will
receive information packets, including copies of the rules. IMCA modifieds,
stock cars, hobby stocks and northern sportmods will compete weekly along with
sport 4's.
Other issues that will be covered in this meeting will be rotating certain
divisions on a weekly basis, noise issues and possible remedies, cutting laps
for multiple caution flags and raising the frontstretch wall and filling in
the ditch. Among other items to be addressed will be teching and track
preparation issues. Pit parking, driver's payoff and pit pass procedures will
be covered and pit stalls will be sold at this meeting. Front row stalls will
be $100 and all other spots will be $50. To reserve your 2006 pit stall for
the 2007 season, payment must be received by 7:30 p.m. on February 2 by driver
or car owner in person with no exceptions. All unclaimed pit stalls not
reclaimed from 2006 and all other open pit stalls will be sold on a first
come, first served basis after cutoff time.

54208. The season opener is slated for Friday night, April 20 at 7 p.m. and
will run through Labor day weekend. Northbrook Country Club is located one
mile north of highway 54 in Luxemburg on County Road A. The track's website is

Luxemburg Speedway is located 15 minutes east of Green Bay off highway 54 at
the Kewaunee County Fairgrounds.
