Geneva Raceway will kick off it’s 44 year of racing with the final

wheelie Boys will show their stuff with some fantastic stunts with
motorcycles. The local drivers will put on their own show with a roll
over contest, a long jump ,chain races, back up races, the world famous
trailer races and numerous other events. Plus the final appearance ever
of former Milwaukee native Doug Rose and his 300 mile per hour Green Mamba jet
dragster, doing those incredible car meltdowns. That's right, it’s a
‘Tournament of destruction “ with a great night of family fun for
everyone. Coming out of retirement for this event will be Dave Kamholtz,
the zany announcer who left the raceway at the end of the 2004 season.
Kamholtz and Dale Erdmann who has worked at the raceway since 1970,will co
host the weekly Friday night shows when they begin on May 5th.with the last
ever world class spring opener for the small cars. Bilderback auto parts
of South Beloit, Illinois will again sponsor that event.

a sell out crowd is expected. For more information visit our website at www.lakegenevaraceway.com
