New Name, Same Big Program
Lake Geneva, WI. (spl) The name may have changed, but day number two and three
of the largest event held in the Midwest will take place October 1st. and 2nd.
The Budlight fall classic will take place at Lake Geneva Raceway. Over 300
race cars are again expected to invade southeastern Wisconsin on the world’s
fastest one third mile paved banked oval.
Some of the divisions include the super late models, super stocks, street
stocks, Midwest modifieds, Midwest enduro cars and pure stocks. Traveling
divisions willbe the Mid American stock car series, the Big 8 series and the
Wisconsin mini sport trucks. Drivers from 8 states are expected.
The entry forms are available at the LGR website. Saturday afternoon time
trials begin at 3 pm. with the first race at 6 pm. On Sunday the day of
features are planned. They will begin at 1 pm.
