First Career Wins For Giuliano And Tomasi

Lake Geneva, WI. July22nd. Friday night was the coolest day of the week at
Lake Geneva Raceway, as the temperature was only 94 degrees at race time.
Jerry Giuliano of Schuamburg, Illinois won his first career win in the
Lusia’s pizzeria mini modifieds 15 lap feature race. Mark Tomasi of Wind
Lake won his first career 15 lap feature in the new weapons division. Steve
Doherty of Woodstock, IL. won his second 15 lap Double R towing Basic
International cars feature of the year. Kip Novotny from Johnsburg, IL. took
fast time and won the 20 lap non stop Rascal outlaws feature race. Dale
Gustum of Genoa City won his second 12 lap Midwest sport truck feature of the
season and Josh Wallace continued to dominate the late model class by running
away with the 25 lap feature race.
Friday night July 29th. the Perfection auto body INEX legends cars and the
INEX Bandoleros return along with four more divisions of action, including the
first appearance of the formula indy cars. Time trials begin at 6pm. racing at
7:30 sharp.
