USMTS Overtaking Langlade County Speedway
June 7, 2005; Antigo, Wisconsin; If you love dirt track racing or even better,
Modifieds on the dirt, you don’t want to miss this race! The USMTS
Modifieds will be in Antigo on Tuesday June 21, 2005. Along with the
Modifieds, the IMCA Stock Cars will also be on hand. Mark you calendars
now! There will be food and beverages sold on the grounds, along with
free rough camping, so bring the whole family!
The United States Modified Touring Series (USMTS) will be in Northeast
Wisconsin all week with stops at Thunderhill Raceway on Wednesday, Luxemburg
Speedway on Thursday and Fox Ridge Speedway in Arcadia on Friday. See one at
your favorite track, or see them all!
Hot Laps will begin at 7:00 P.M. with racing to follow. The grandstands
will open at approx. 5:30 P.M. Get there early to get a great
seat!
Grandstand admission prices for Tuesday night are $12.00 for adults and $3.00
for kids 6-12. Driver Registration is $65.00 for licensed drivers and
$75.00 for non-licensed drivers with pre-registration. $90.00 the day of
the race. Pit Passes will be $25.00. Drivers can pre-register on
the USMTS website. Rules, license applications, entry forms, payoff

The Modifieds will run the IMCA American Racer Tire, they can be grooved and
siped. All Modified non-feature qualifiers will get $60 tow money.
The IMCA Stock Cars will not be sanctioned, although strictly IMCA Rules, but
no claim. There will not be an additional registration fee for the stock
cars, just the pit pass cost.
The weekly race program includes WISSOTA Late Models, IMCA Modifieds, IMCA
Stock Cars, WISSOTA Street Stocks, and ASCI Trucks. Racing continues
weekly until September 2, 2004 with a break on June 10th for the Off-Road
Races. Racing begins at 7:15. Food and beverages are sold on the
grounds. Langlade County Speedway is located on the north side of
Antigo, just off of Highway 45 at the Langlade County Fairgrounds. For
