Langlade County Speedway Announces 2005 Schedule
December 23, 2004; Antigo, Wisconsin; Antigo Stock Car Inc. has announced
their schedule for the 2005 race season. The season will start on Friday
night May 13th and run through September 2, 2005. There will be no
regular racing on June 10, 2004; the off-road races will be in town this
weekend.
There will be a few specials held at the speedway once again this
season. On Saturday, August 6, 2005 the IRA Sprints will make there 3rd
appearance at the Speedway, the rain date is set for Sunday the 7th.
October 7th and 8th will be the 3rd Annual Indian Summer Classic, the rain
date if needed, will be Sunday the 9th.
The weekly race program includes WISSOTA Late Models, IMCA Modifieds, IMCA
Stock Cars, WISSOTA Street Stocks, and ASCI Trucks.
Please remember the schedule is tentative and subject to change. Racing
begins at 7:15. Langlade County Speedway is located on the north side of
Antigo, just off of Highway 45 at the Langlade County Fairgrounds. For
