LaJoie To Take The Challenge

Thursday, June 02, 2005 (Cambridge, WI) - Roy Kenseth of RK Race Promotions
has announced that two-time NASCAR Busch Series champion, Randy LaJoie will be
participating in the Factory Motor Parts/AC-Delco All-Star Challenge on
Tuesday, June 21, 2005 at Wisconsin International Raceway in Kaukauna.
This event will be sanctioned by the Wisconsin Challenge Series.
Kenseth also stated that LaJoie will also have his new driver seats available
for sale. LaJoie recently has been busy designing safer seats for race
car drivers. His website www.joieofseats.com,
lists some of the top NASCAR drivers that have already purchased his
innovative seats. "Randy will be a great addition to this
show. He is eager to come up and race and show the Wisconsin drivers his
latest product." Kenseth stated.
The Wisconsin Challenge Series is already off to a strong start this
season. Series Promoter Jeff Sachse has stated that the average car
count has been has been higher than any other series in the Midwest. So
far, the series has had four races with four different winners.
Tickets are still on sale for the Factory Motor Parts/AC-Delco All-Star
Challenge at Wisconsin International Raceway in Kaukauna on June 21,
2005.
Qualifying will be at 4:00 p.m. with racing starting at 7:00 p.m.
Matt Kenseth, Carl Edwards along with the stars and cars of the Wisconsin
Challenge Series will be racing that night.
VIP tickets are selling fast. General advance seating tickets are also still
available. The advance tickets are nice full color tickets and will make a
great souvenir.
Advance ticket prices are: $17 (ages 16+), $8 (ages 6-15), 5 and under are
free. Day of race tickets are $20 (ages 16+), and $10 (ages 6-15), 5 and under
are free.
A VIP package is also available for $100. This includes: reserved seating and
parking, unlimited food and drinks, autographed item, exclusive Q&A
session, and other benefits.

Tickets are available on Race nights at WIR at DJ's Souvenir trailer located
next to the ticket booth. DJ does not have VIP tickets for sale those
are only handled through mail order only.
The New DJ's Speed Zone of Appleton will be opening soon in the Tresino
Village just down from Fox Cities Stadium. Construction continues and the
store WILL be open before the race date.
