IRA Sprints Add More Sponsors
McHenry, IL (Feb 27, 2005): The Bumper to Bumper IRA Outlaw Sprint Series move
towards their April season opener with extremely high expectations. With
series title sponsor, Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts & Service Centers,
signed on thru the 2006 season, and long time associate sponsor United
Trailers continuing their support, teams will be dividing up a record point
fund following the October season finale.
Partly based on the IRA's traditional strong car count, (the IRA proudly
boasts the highest member supported car count per event of any traveling
sprint series), the Bumper to Bumper IRA Outlaw Sprint Series has been
fortunate to build relationships with many companies over the years and has
one of the strongest contingency programs within the sprint car
industry.
The Interstate Racing Association is proud to announce the addition of several
new companies to their cast for 2005. Arctic Cat, (a world leader in
recreational vehicles), has come on board as they will generously be supplying
the series with a pair of ATV's.
Also, the IRA is proud to add Ringers as a point fund sponsor. High quality
Ringers gloves and apparel will be available at each IRA event thru the series
souvenir trailer.
In addition, the IRA is extremely proud to add the following companies to
their contingency arsenal: Griffin Thermal Products, J&J Auto Racing, The
Brake Man, Autolite Spark Plugs, and Force One Power Steering Distributors
have all come on board for 2005.
The Interstate Racing Association takes great pride in its' contingency
program, and it has become a key area in the overall success of the IRA. Both
nightly and season-long awards are presented. Each team which meets
eligibility requirements, no matter of their position in the point standings,
prospers from this program. Ongoing negotiations with several additional
companies are still in progress and we hope to make additional announcements
soon regarding their participation with the popular traveling upper-midwest
410 winged series.
