Litton, May And Peters Return To Winners Circle

Clintonville,WI,7/12/06--Eighty one racers competed in action at the GSR
Kartway. Brayden Litton, Hunter Parsons, Brett Swedberg, Brandon
Reichenberger, Parker May, Andrew Hock, Alex Hock, Aaron Milavitz, and Brian
Peters won the feature races at the track.
Brayden Litton won both of his heat races and led every lap of the feature to
sweep action in the kiddie kart class. Hanna Daniels fought hard to find
a way around Litton but she had to settle for second place. Braden
Muench finished third in the race.
In the box stock class Tyler Majeski led the first lap of the race before
being passed by Hunter Parsons. Parsons would go on to lead the rest of
the race on his way to the win. The win was the third straight for
Parsons. Cole Daebler finished in second. Majeski held on for
third. The heat races were won by Parsons, Majeski, and Tristin Peebles.
The stock lite feature was led early on by Kirk Quaintance. Quaintance
led the race until lap three when Brett Swedberg made the pass for the
lead. Swedberg was able to hold off Quaintance for the duration of the
race to get the win. Kyle Lentz finished third in the race.
Quaintance and Lentz each won a pair of heat races.
Pole sitter Josh Klafka led early on in the controlled stock class. He
was passed by Brandon Reichenberger lap number three. Reichenberger was
able to fend off the charges of Klafka to pick up the win. Klafka also
won both of the heat races.
In junior flathed action Tanner wunderlich looked, early on, as though he
would run away with the win. Then a caution flag came out that bunched
up the field. That allowed Brandon Grendzinski to get around Wunderlich
to take the lead. Then on the following lap Parker May made a bid for
the lead and grabbed the top spot. May led the rest of the race.
Grendzinski finished in second. Wunderlich finished third and also won
both of the heat races.
In the stock heavy race Andrew Hock won both of the heat races and led the
entire feature to dominate the class. Joe Reuter finished second in the
race. Justin Flaig crossed the line in third.
Alex Hock kept pace with his older brother by dominating the pro junior animal
class. He also won both of his heat races and led the entire
feature. Jesse Colwell, who won both of his heat races, finished second
in the main event.
The opening lap of the animal pro feature was led by Blaire Laughlin.
On the next lap Aaron Milavitz took the lead over. "The
Missile" led the rest of race to pick up the win. Blaire Laughlin
took second in the race. Jason Jach finished third. Milavitz and
Laughlin won the heat races.
The lawnmower feature race was won by Brian Peters. Peters, who started
on the outside of the first row, led the entire race. Steve Arndt had to
settle for second. Ty Rindt was third. Peters and Rindt won the
heat races.
Racing continues next week with a state race qualifying event. The Gsr
Kartway is located just west of Clintonville on highway fourty five.
Racing starts at seven on Wednesday nights.
