Elko All Wet For Gopher State

Elko, MN June 7, 2003--Elko Speedway officials were forced to cancel the June 7th NASCAR DODGE
WEEKLY SERIES program as Mother Nature opened the flood gates as Heat races were
beginning to unfold.
Early action in the GOPHER STATE MORTGAGE sponsored program
had seen Elko's Dan Fredrickson top WASTE MANAGEMENT qualifying for the
BUDWEISER Late Models, with New Prague's Mike Skaja besting the MILLER LITE
Sportsman qualifying session. Following action packed heat races for the EXHAUST
PROS OF NORTHFIELD Street Stocks, the skies darkened and forced track officials
into the decision of calling a halt to the action.
Ticket holders will be able
to use them for either the June 14th or 20th NASCAR DODGE WEEKLY SERIES
