The race had seven different leaders including Vanden Heuvel, Taylor, Baldwin, LeDuc, Renezeder, LeDuc and Greaves.
Greaves passed LeDuc before the final turn to take the checkered flag. First Governor's Cup win for Greaves. The 2003 race was the 10th anniversary of the event. Greaves wins a special gold Governor's Cup in honor of the 10th anniversary. All previous Cups have been silver. Greaves race truck
