ASALMS Northern Division Hosting Informal Meet & Greet

Edgerton, Wisconsin (01/12/2006): The ASA Late Model Series Northern Division
will host an informal meet and greet session with ASALMS Northern Division
Director, Steve Einhaus, on Friday January 13th at the Quality Hotel and
Banquet Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
The informal meet and greet will take place inside the adjoining Bar and Grill
and will begin at 7:00pm. ASALMS Northern Division Director, Steve Einhaus
will host the informal session and this will be an opportunity to shake hands
and bench race with the Director of the ASALMS Northern Division.
Einhaus will answer any questions that teams may have prior to the regularly
scheduled Meeting the following morning. Hor'dourves will be served and in
addition, the Bar and Grill will be open and in full operation throughout the
evening.
"I wanted an opportunity to meet some of the Northern Division drivers
and just talk about the 2006 season." Stated Einhaus. "We have a
great talent pool that have registered to run in the Northern Division, so for
the teams that are coming in on Friday night for the big meeting on Saturday
morning, this is a chance to just sit and talk and get to know one
another." He added.
This informal meet and greet will be in addition to the 2006 ASALMS
Owners/Drivers Meeting which is set for the following morning, Saturday
January 14th also at the Quality Hotel and Banquet Center. The regularly
scheduled ASALMS owners/drivers meeting will last from 9am-Noon in the Banquet
Center.
Also later on Saturday evening is the 2005 ASALMS Awards Banquet, which will
honor 2005 ASALMS Champion, Stephen Leicht, 2005 Pat Bourdow Memorial Rookie
of the Year, Brian Campbell, and 2005 GM Performance Parts Shootout Champion,
Mark Hartline. In addition, the top 20 in the final 2005 points standings will
be honored as will the GM Performance Parts Winner's Circle Award winners from
2005. Happy Hour begins at 5:30pm and the Awards Ceremony will begin promptly
at 6:30pm.
The ASALMS Northern Division is currently accepting applications for Technical
Officials to work during the 2006 season. You can send your applications and
