National Points Leader Cywinski To Visit I-94 Raceway This Weekend

(SAUK CENTRE, MN) August 5th--Current ASA National Points Leader Kevin Cywinski of Lakeville, MN will make a special appearance at the I-94 Raceway in Sauk Centre on Saturday August 9th. Cywinski will race in the Late Model Division as well as be available for autographs. The 1997 ASA National Champion already has two wins this season on the ASA Racing National Touring Series and is 79 points ahead of Butch Miller after 11 of 17 events this year. Also scheduled to race in the Late Model Division is 2004 ASA Rookie Of The Year candidate Joey Miller of Lakeville, MN. Last year, the 18-year-old Miller came through the entire field to win the October Nationals Super Stock main event at the I-94 Raceway. Cywinski’s Car Chief Kurt Danko and FAN Motorsports radio announcer Chris Hawkey will also be racing Late Models as a part of the regular race program.

Seven classes of cars will be running including: ASA Late Models, Modifieds, Super Stocks, Great North Legends, Thunder Cars, UCARs and TQ Stock Cars.
