(KAUKAUNA, WI) – For the first time in history, NASCAR and the American Speed Association (ASA) will be
holding races in one venue, as part of the same super race weekend. Oneida Bingo & Casino’s
Rev It Up Weekend, a multi-racing extravaganza, will be held June 6 – 9 at Wisconsin
International Raceway in Kaukauna, WI.
The Oneida Bingo & Casino 250 NASCAR RE/MAX Challenge Series race and the Oneida Bingo & Casino
ASA 300, a race televised LIVE nationally on TNN, will be the big attractions that weekend.
The event opens on Thursday, June 9 with Oneida Bingo & Casino’s Thursday Night Thunder – stock car
racing featuring the Fox River Racing Club. Friday, June 7 is the Oneida Bingo & Casino 250
NASCAR race. On Saturday, June 8 there will be racing with the Jr. Motorsports, along with a
Kids Starter Contest. Oneida Bingo & Casino ASA 300 qualifying will also
take place that day. And on Sunday, June 9, it’s the Oneida Bingo & Casino ASA 300.
Many well known drivers from the RE/MAX Challenge Series and the ASA circuits are
expected to participate, including Tim Rothe, Steve Carlson and Brian Hoppe from
the RE/MAX Series and Joey Clanton, Kevin Cywinski and rookie sensation Kyle
Busch from the ASA Series.
Oneida Bingo and Casino has packaged the races as a part of a race fan dream weekend
they’re calling Oneida Bingo & Casino’s Rev It Up Weekend. As
with every ASA race the drivers will be accessible and available for
autographs. There will also be a rockin’ celebrity autograph party at Oneida
Bingo & Casino on Saturday night.
Racing fans are welcome and encouraged to camp at the WIR grounds for the weekend. There will be an
extensive sponsor/vendor village, ample food and beverage outlets; as well as Rev It Up Weekend
and other racing souvenirs available all weekend long.
