Mother Nature has played games with the 141 Speedway off and on all season long, but there was nothing stopping the Labor Day racing action at the 141 Speedway, Monday. 87 cars entered the Tisler Auto Salvage Compact Car 300 lap Enduro and on a warmer than usual Monday afternoon, besides the normal amount of crashes, the heat really took it's toll on several cars throughout the race.

Kaukauna's Jeff Meulemans entered the race just a few points out fo first place in the standings and in the end, he would remain a few points out of the top spot held by James Brooks, but he has made things very interesting for the last Enduro of the season at the 141 Speedway on Saturday, October 26th. Meulemans went the entire 300 laps to take home the $1000 cash prize and more improtantly, moved just 6 points behind Brooks, who had a top ten afternoon. Brian Fye's top five finish also moved him within 9 points of the lead, making the October Creepy Clasic a don't miss race.

Here's how the top 20 finished out.
