Kevin Lee made the long tow from Iowa and drove home with the winner's trophy Saturday from 141 Speedway in Francis Creek.

Lee took the lead on lap one and dueled with Two River's Gregg Haase until lap 16 when Haase passed him for the top spot. Unfortunately for Haase his right front wheel bearing seized on lap 27 and he had to pit giving the lead back to Lee.

During this time point leader Jake Ryan and second place Josh Bauer were waging a battle as they moved through the pack. They went at each other until lap 41 when Bauer collided with Ryan causing him to spin and causing a caution flag.

On the restart, Lee retook the lead and held on for the final nine and his first ever victory in the Mid-American Division. Dennis Rabas of Maribel finished second just ahead of Bob Gutnecht, Bob Schultz and Bill Prietzel.

The Super Stock feature started out in harrowing fashion as four cars collided on the front stretch resulting in a rollover by Todd Hacker of Denmark. The race was stopped while the safety crew cleaned up the debris and removed the wrecked cars.

On the restart, Dale Karbon assumed the lead and held off a charging Jimbo Schleis of Manitowoc until lap eleven when Jimbo made the pass for the lead. Three laps later Schleis would surrender the lead to Josh Sand who would hang on to the end for the win. Schleis, Karbon and Andy Cassavant rounded out the top four.

Randy Nething of Manitowoc led the opening laps of the Mini Stock feature driving the only GM powered car in a class dominated by Ford Mustangs and a couple of Dodges. He would hold on to that lead until lap twelve when Jason Sand passed him for the lead and held on to win the event. Paul Ray gave Sand a run for his money in the final laps but would settle for second just ahead of Allen Dillon, Nething and Mark Christiansen.

The Hobby Stock feature was won by Travis Rodewald of Manitowoc who dominated the field winning by nearly half a track.
